Downloading Your Files:
* If you go to your "you" tab in the top right corner next to your cart on your Etsy page there is a drop-down.
* Click the drop-down, then click "purchases and reviews"
* Next, locate your order from my shop.
* Once you locate the order, to the right you will see "Download Files" in black.
* Click on that and your file will download to your computer.
* Then you will want to upload them into either Silhouette Studio or Design Space.

Using Your Files:

* In order to print as a print/artwork, you must have a printer. - If you do not have a printer, services such as FedEx Printing or Shutterfly are good alternatives for high-quality printing.
* In order to use for sublimation, you must have a sublimation printer and heat press. - Instructions for these will vary drastically between printers and heat presses.

Please know that the purchase of our design file does NOT allow you to make and sell products, including the file itself. This means you cannot make and sell products, physical or digital, with our designs unless express written permission is granted.

* We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on our digital products.
* We stand by the quality of our SVG Files. If you run into any problems with the files, please follow the steps above and reach out for additional assistance.
* Our files successfully work for both Cricut and Silhouette users.
